THE MARKET

 

 

Fresh fruit is definitely one of the best things about summer and it's even better when you get to buy fresh and local fruit at a market. When I was in Freiburg we went grocery shopping in the Vauban, a super cool and kind of hippie neighbourhood meaning they had an amazing market. They even had a coffee stall how cool is that? There is not much to say so I'll just leave these photos as they are and add a nice song, as always...

I don't really feel like blogging at the moment. I am super uninspired and have nothing to post about, just can't wait to move to Amsterdam. I need a new city, new places, new inspiration. I mean Duesseldorf ist a great city but I feel like it's too much of a comfort zone for me, I rarely go out to discover new places and when I meet friends I meet them at their home or at the few cafes we always go to. I do have a few outfit posts prepared but - only - posting photos like these seems so... superficial to me, I need a mix of both. I definitely want to write more, I really enjoyed writing these columns I published earlier this year and I even more enjoy writing articles for the Praktik Hotels Blog but then I don't know what to write about etc etc... I SO need a change, a new environment, new things to happen. And probably even a whole new concept for my blog. The decrease in site views and comments on my posts isn't helping either and I can't go on just like this.

Was gibt es besseres im Sommer als leckeres frisches Obst vom Markt? In Freiburg waren wir einkaufen, auf dem Markt im Vauban, einem ziemlich hippie-igen Viertel wo alle barfuss laufen und fürs Bauernbrot anstehen und es gab sogar einen Kaffee Stand, wie cool ist das denn? Sonst gibts nicht so viel zu den Fotos zu sagen also belass ich es dabei und häng noch ein Lied dran, wie immer.

Irgendwie fühl ich mich nicht so nach bloggen in der letzten Zeit. Ich bin total uninspiriert, habe nichts zu posten, kann es einfach kaum erwarten umzuziehen. Ich brauche mal wieder eine neue Stadt, neue Orte, neue Inspiration. Ich mein, ja, Düsseldorf ist schon echt schön aber irgendwie viel zu viel "Comfort zone" für mich. Ich geh so selten einfach mal raus um neues zu entdecken, wenn ich Freunde treffe dann meistens bei jemanden zu Hause oder in den Cafés, in denen wir immer sind. Ich hab auch ein paar Outfitposts vorbereitet aber irgendwie ist es mir doch zu oberflächlich, nur solche Fotos zu posten. Und mit dem Schreiben... Ich hatte so Spaß dran die Kolumnen zu schreiben, die ich bisher hier so gepostet hab und noch viel mehr Spaß macht es mir für den Praktik Hotels Blog Artikel zu verfassen aber naja, dann weiß ich wieder nicht worüber ich schreiben soll usw... Ich brauche DEFINTIV Abwechslung, mal was neues, ein neues Umfeld... Und vielleicht sogar sowas wie ein neues Konzept für meinen Blog. Die sinkenden Seitenaufrufe und Kommentare helfen irgendwie auch nicht und so wird es einfach nicht weitergehen..
